Advertising Rules
1. if you advertise your site here, we must be able to link back to your site.
2. do not post your advertisement more than once a week on our forum. this is just plain annoying.
3. be sure that your advertisement isn't already here. if it's on here twice on one page. the latest one will be deleted.
Affiliating Rules
1. As always, our banner must be put up. If it isn't within 24 hours of your request, your request will be deleted.
2. We will notify you when your banner has been posted.
3. We must be able to put our advertisement on your forum.
